It is a gusty rainy afternoon. Storms sweep across France.
I’ve turned 76 this birthday. Over coffee and croissant at the Mount Drejet brasserie I consider:
I have raised five children. There were hard moments, some harder than others. A couple of the moments were way way way hard.Â
And if I had to do it over again, I would. But could I use my hard-won time-scalded wisdom a second time round, i.e., tighten the boundaries just a little on that teen-age boy; loosen the reins just a little on this teen-age daughter? But there are moments of brow-wiping happiness…
Marcia came to Marseilles with her son, my grandson, Joshua.
This summer Michelle sang in French medieval towns. I should have, but did not take better photos.Â
I have film clips from Michelle’s concert in the French medieval town, Saulieu; from Marcia in Marseilles, but alas, this site doesn’t support video.
